At Dunnwise Consulting, I specialize in Coaching Excellence, focusing on guiding executives and high-potential leaders. My coaching philosophy revolves around identifying untapped potential, fostering inspirational leadership, and cultivating strong communication and listening skills. I also provide leadership development through DiSC® assessments, team building, and strategic mastermind sessions.

 

As an experienced facilitator and keynote speaker, I deliver impactful discussions on leadership, communication, and the art of listening. I mentor individuals looking to take on greater roles within their organizations, helping them build the confidence and skills needed for success.

 

In addition to my coaching work, I am passionate about workplace culture and employee engagement. I have developed initiatives like Best Places to Work surveys and founded a DE&I Committee, always aiming to create thriving, inclusive workplaces.

 

Beyond my professional endeavors, I serve as the Board Chair for the Red Cross of Tennessee, am a member of the Red Cross Tiffany Circle, and organize quarterly neighborhood blood drives, reflecting my commitment to community service.
